Returns & Refunds: ScheduleSource offers a free trial of all products to ensure suitability for use. This free trial constitutes the refund period in that users are expected to fully test the functionality and effectiveness of our product(s) during that time. Any and all payments are non-refundable. Delivery Methods & Timing: ScheduleSource subscriptions are extended for 12 months beyond the trial period upon a customer initiating the subscription process. The extension typically occurs within 24-48 hours of receiving a 1) signed purchase order, 2) online request for an invoice, or 3) an online payment. Users will enjoy full access to ScheduleSource beyond the trial and during the payment process. If payment is not received by the payment due date, the subscription is subject to termination.
