We recommend that critical employees, including key managers, administrators, schedulers, payroll administrators, labor planners and financial analysts participate in formal ScheduleSource Training. Our courses are mature, well tested events for qualifying your personnel as "Certified" administrators for ScheduleSource TeamWork. Formal training is a must to ensure that site personnel are fully ready to support their workforce.

Our standard training offerings are:

ScheduleSource TeamWork Core Certification Course: 4 days
This is the comprehensive scheduler training course that provides the tools and experience to manage an organization's scheduling requirements. The scheduling core includes workforce management theory, optimization overview, building and deploying schedules, managing change, generating reports, supporting users, dealing with time off, dispute resolution with audit trails, and much more. It gives the scheduler a complete exposure and many practical exercises that give him valuable real world experience in scheduling.

ScheduleSource TeamWork Core Time/Attendance Certification Course: 2 days
This is the comprehensive time administrator course that provided the practical knowledge necessary to begin building and administering the time system. The Time and Attendance Core includes: Time card and time clock functionality, scheduled vs actual monitoring and reporting, time approval/close/submission, overtime rules, time off management and adjustments processing. It gives the time and attendance administrator the tools necessary to manage the time function for a site workforce and includes the practical exercises necessary to be ready to contribute to the time management mission.

Training/Qualifications/Credentials Introduction: 1 day
This "how to" course provides schedulers who have completed the core certification course with the skills they need to administer an enterprise credentials program. The course focuses on product functionality and lets the student build step by step the hierarchies and relationships between training, qualifications, skills and credentials.

Forecasting and Optimization Introduction: 2 day
This intensive for workforce schedulers and planners gives students the skills necessary to map labor requirements to real demand. Included are: forecasting theory, customer activity data types, translating customer activity into labor demand using ScheduleSource Forecasting, translating labor demand into labor headcounts, and optimizing labor shift sets. This course will allow planners or schedulers to build complete labor requirements models in response to whatever demand curve might exist in their enterprise.

ScheduleSource Review and Remediation Onsite: 2 days
This is an ad-hoc on site training event for schedulers, time administrators and users where ScheduleSource trainers work with students in their actual real world sites. We provide critical reviews of policy, procedure, ScheduleSource TeamWork operations, workflows and rules. We interact closely with the students to understand their competencies, providing remedial support where needed. This course is a superb re-positioning event for the workforce management team. It improves the skills of the team and positively impacts the operational performance of the system in a supportive, collegial way.

ScheduleSource Basic: 1 Day
This is an essential basics course usually best reserved for schedulers at smaller sites. In a one day live or web session all of the key elements of scheduling and the ScheduleSource TeamWork System are presented. No exercises are conducted, so the scheduler will have good basic knowledge of the system but minimal practical experience.

Employee User Training: 2 hr
User acceptance of the system is greatly accelerated with their involvement in this two hour live or web delivered ScheduleSource TeamWork for Users course. Features, functions and "how to's" for the employee side of the system are presented in a clear concise way, giving employees the ability to access their accounts, review schedules, interact with management, request days off, manage calendars, and more. Employee training can be conducted in relatively large groups, and provides a superb launch event for the transition to ScheduleSource web based training.
